Задачи делятся на ежедневные, еженедельные и ежемесячные.
- Ежедневные: Проверка
- Предпочитаю начинать день с проверки, затем с планирования. Это позволяет сначала выявить все алерты, а затем запланировать работу с ними на текущий день. Если сделать наоборот, то придется тратить дополнительное время корректировку уже запланированных задач в случае обнаружения проблем и их приоритетного исправления
- Алерты часто приходят на привязанные почты и/или в рекламные кабинеты. Мониторить нужно все
- Jira. Поскольку все задачи ведутся в Jira — нужно проверять, появились ли важные/срочные комментарии и/или задачи, требующие выполнения сегодня
- Пиксель. Если в продукте настроены серверные конверсии, то стоит проверять корректность работы на ежедневной основе. Иногда события перестают передаваться в полном объеме. Контроль позволит быстро выявить и поставить таски на соответствующий отдел, чтобы не потерять статистику и обучение РК
- Кабинеты. Нужен постоянный мониторинг и своевременная подача апелляций на отклоненные объявления, проверка на перманентные блокировки, контроль стабильности KPI и спенда
- Статистика. Важна сверка статистики с аналитическими системами и MMP (в зависимости от продукта Web или APP). В случае обнаружения сильных расхождений — провести доп.проверку по наличию нарушения связей или иных возможных проблем
2. Ежедневные: Планирование
- После проверки появляются первые задачи в зависимости от приоритета на текущий день.
- Google Calendar. Чекаем календарь на наличие предстоящих встреч, звонков, запусков и/или отчетов, добавляем в план на день
- Планирование ведется в двух вариантах:
- На 6 часов важных и срочных + оставляем в резерве 2 часа на незапланированные дела, которые возникнут в течение дня
- На 8 часов — чтобы понимать, какие задачи решать весь рабочий день в случае, если незапланированные дела не появляются
3. Еженедельные
- Анализ динамики результатов РК за неделю, сравнение с предыдущими периодами. Поиск точек роста
- Фиксирование возникших проблем в журнал алертов
- Поиск новых подходов для работы с UA аудиторией и с ретаргетингом
- Обучение. Важно отводить время на рост объема полезных знаний, чтение документаций, новых трендов в маркетинге, аналитике и т.д., чтобы быть в курсе и применять в текущей работе
- Планирование задач на следующую неделю
4. Ежемесячные
- Анализ РК и попадание в KPI
- Подготовка бюджетов на будущий период с учетом масштабирования
- Планирование предстоящих тестов с целью улучшения бизнес-метрик
- Проверка расходников на случай, если задача не делегирована на соответствующих специалистов других отделов
